At Luna Aerial Dance & Performing Arts, leadership isn’t a side program—it’s built into everything we do. Our Youth Leadership Program is part of every class in the Luna Aerial All Stars experience for ages 9–17. Through monthly themes and movement-based challenges, students build not only skill but also resilience and personal responsibility. Each month focuses on a core leadership trait—like integrity, teamwork, or goal setting—and ties it directly into students’ training. Instructors lead short check-ins, creative prompts, and mindset coaching designed to help students grow in character while they grow in the air. We’re not just training aerialists. We’re developing future leaders—one class at a time.
