Are your classes membership-based or drop-in?

We’re built for real progress—not quick drop-ins. Students are strongly encouraged to start their journey with a membership. A consistent weekly (or twice-weekly) routine gives you the structure, momentum, and support you need to rise.

Need flexibility?
Class packs are available to help you get started. (Just know they’re a short-term solution, not the long-term path to mastery.)

To purchase a membership or class pack, reach out directly.
We’ll help you choose the path that matches your goals—and your future.

For unique needs, contact us. We'll help you map the right course.

What should I wear to my first class?

First rule: Wear what makes you feel powerful.
Second rule: Set yourself up to move smart.

Please remove all jewelry and watches before class (it protects you and our equipment).

Here’s what we recommend to help you move confidently:

Aerials:
– A fitted top that covers your midsection and armpits (tuck it in!)
– Leggings or pants that cover the backs of your knees

Pole:
– A top that leaves your armpits exposed (trust us—you’ll thank us later)
– Shorts that give you inner thigh grip (it sounds weird now—it won’t once you're flying)

No need for fancy gear—just clothes that help you move freely and stay safe.

What should I bring to my first class and every class?

Bring yourself—fully, unapologetically.

You’ll also want:

  • A refillable water bottle (water and cups available if you forget)

  • A phone or device if you want to record your progress (even just for yourself)

  • A notebook or journal if you want to track skills or breakthroughs

  • Bring a snack if you think you might need one.

  • Pole students: bring a rag or washcloth for wiping your pole (or grab one from us for $5)

We have coffee available in the lobby. Come ready to move, reflect, and build something that lasts.

Do you offer private lessons?

Private lessons are typically reserved for active members and special cases. We strongly recommend new students start with group classes first.

Why?
Because real growth happens in community. Our classes are focused, supportive, and free of competition. You'll train alongside others who are too busy chasing their own progress to worry about yours—and who will cheer you on at every step.

When you’re ready for one-on-one coaching, we’ll be ready too.

Are there opportunities to perform or compete?

Performance opportunities begin at Level 2 for youth students—and are open to all levels for adults.

At Luna, we believe performing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about standing in your power, owning your progress, and sharing your story through movement.

Youth students are invited to perform once they've built a strong foundation at Level 2, ensuring they have the skills, confidence, and control to shine safely and proudly on stage.

Adult students are welcome to step into performance at any level, whenever they feel ready to move beyond the classroom and into the spotlight.
Whether it’s your first climb or your hundredth, the stage is yours when you’re ready to claim it.

We offer studio showcases, community performances, and competitive opportunities with our Competition Team through organizations like the Pole Sport Organization (PSO) or Aerial Star Organization—with classes and prep packages designed to guide you every step of the way.

At Luna, the stage isn't about proving yourself.

It’s about celebrating who you’re becoming.
