Here’s how to prepare for a focused and rewarding session at Luna Aerial.
First, step into the studio with intention.
To support your experience, we recommend bringing:
A refillable water bottle – Still or sparkling, hydration is key. Filtered water is always available.
A journal or notebook – To capture choreography, technique notes, or personal insights as you evolve.
A phone or recording device – Many students document their sessions for artistic reference or reflection.
A nourishing snack – Especially if you're arriving straight from work or need fuel post-class.
For pole artists – A clean cloth to prepare your apparatus (premium cloths available in-studio).
Complimentary coffee is available in the lounge before or after class; consider it part of your ritual.
Whether you’re arriving for your first session or your fiftieth, bring presence, curiosity, and a willingness to create something unforgettable.
