First rule: Wear what makes you feel powerful.
Second rule: Set yourself up to move smart.

Please remove all jewelry and watches before class (it protects you and our equipment).

Here’s what we recommend to help you move confidently:

Aerials:
– A fitted top that covers your midsection and armpits (tuck it in!)
– Leggings or pants that cover the backs of your knees

Pole:
– A top that leaves your armpits exposed (trust us—you’ll thank us later)
– Shorts that give you inner thigh grip (it sounds weird now—it won’t once you're flying)

No need for fancy gear—just clothes that help you move freely and stay safe.

Dare to Move Differently.
Stay Because You Belong.
