02 — Level 2: Tricks & Skills // Authenticity

In the Level 2 program, we'll build on your foundational skills and postures by adding beautiful shapes, poses, and tricks. Level 2 students have already mastered the “what” and “why” of their apparatus. Now, it's time to explore the different methods and styles of “how” and lean into the “who.”

This is your chance to express yourself, embrace your personal style, and add your flair to what you’ve learned. It's a journey of self-discovery where students can truly lean into "who they are" and develop their signature style. Let your colors shine both on your apparatus and in all aspects of your life!

You’ll also learn your first lift-to-inversions, preparing you for the challenges of Level 3.

03 — Level 3: Inversion Skills // Perspective

In the Level 3 program, we’ll flip everything on its head, giving you a fresh perspective on both yourself and your artform. Level 3 students embark on an exciting journey of going upside down, literally and figuratively changing their outlook!

At this intermediate level, you'll challenge everything you thought you knew about your apparatus and yourself. The skills you’ll learn require performing multiple steps in a row, sometimes in reverse, and often on your non-dominant side. This experience will broaden your perspectives, both in the air and in your interactions with the world and people around you.
