Pole, Aerial, & Dance classes for everybody and every body.

You belong here just as much as anyone else.

You’ll learn so much more than Aerials, Pole, or Dance.

00 — Introductory Level: The Basics // Trust

Our Introductory Class is for everybody and every body.

The Intro-class focuses on building your confidence, strength, and trust with yourself and your apparatus. We’ll focus on basic shapes, vocabulary, and movements - you’ll have wins in this class and leave feeling capable of more than you ever dreamed.

Intro students are building trust with themselves, their apparatus, and their instructor. They are learning to trust that they belong here and that they CAN do this!

01 — Level 1: Foundations // Truth

Even acrobats, maybe more than most, need grounding and centering.

These classes focus on the foundational cornerstones of how pole and aerials work and keep us grounded in the practical understanding of what we’re doing. In these classes, you’ll train both your body and brain, focusing simultaneously on physical strength and theoretical understanding.

Level 1 students are learning the immutable truths of their apparatus. Foundations are things that aren't up to individual interpretations - “they are what they are.” Everyone is on equal footing when it comes to the truths they must accept as it pertains to their apparatus.

Consider this the “how it works” stage of your journey! Let’s learn the rules so that we can choose to break them together.

02 — Level 2: Tricks & Skills // Authenticity

In this series, we’ll add beautiful shapes, poses, and tricks to our foundational skills and postures.

Level 2 students have learned the “what” and “why” of their apparatus, and now they’re exploring the different methods and styles of “how” and leaning into the “who”. This is your chance to be yourself, lean in to your style, and add your personal flair and touch to what you’ve learned. This is where students can start really leaning into "who they are" and what their signature style is -0 letting their colors shine both on their apparatus and in the rest of their lives!

This is the point in your journey when performance and competition opportunities are open for you. You’ll also learn your first lift-to-inversions here, in preparation for Level 3.

03 — Level 3: Inversion Skills // Perspective

In this series, we’ll turn ourselves upside down, giving us new perspective on both ourselves and our artform.

Level 3 students are going upside down, which both literally and figuratively changes your perspective! You’ll be forced to rethink everything that you THOUGHT you knew about your apparatus and yourself.

Skills at this level start requiring you to perform multiple steps in a row and maybe do them backward or force you into sequences on your non-dominant side. You’re opening up your perspectives, both in the air and to the world and people around you!

04 — Level 4: Advanced Topics // Discipline

Level 4 students are working on skills that require specific training and goal setting.

In order to achieve an Ayesha on Pole, Fabric drops, dynamic tricks, or other advanced skills, you need to dedicate specific time to training specific things in order to get what you're after.

Students at this level are learning discipline both toward their trick goals and towards any goals in their lives.

05 — Level 5: Elite Skills //Sovereignty

Level 5 students have developed trust, truth, authenticity, perspective, and discipline and are ready to claim their crown of sovereignty.

They put forth their best and most complete selves both in the studio classroom and outside of it, priding themselves in excellence and self-awareness. They are leaders within both our community and their communities outside of the studio.

Take the time for yourself
and you’ll notice the change.

All you have to do is walk in the door. We’ll guide you the rest of the way.
