Growing up, Brenna wasn’t a dancer. Instead she spent all of her childhood as a martial artist and earned her blackbelt when she was 16. During her sophomore year in college, she attended her first pole dancing class with a friend. A few years later she added aerial silks into her repertoire. She began teaching at pole and aerial silks at Vertical Bodies in October 2014, at Chic Physique in 2015 and now Luna Aerial Dance & Performing Arts in 2017. In addition to teaching, Brenna works as a college professor and is a member of the Baltimore Aerial Dance Company. Brenna’s favorite part about being an instructor are the people that she meets and watching her students grow as pole artists.
